Love is a Good Thing to Feel

Harriet and her stuffed rabbit, Squeezie, have a lot to say about love.
“Love is a good thing to feel.  It makes a party in your heart.”
“My best way to say I love you is with a parade.”
But alas, love doesn’t always go smoothly.  Then, Harriet and Squeezie suggest an excellent solution—Band-Aids.

“A little girl and her toy rabbit riff on love in a sort of free-association celebration.  Standard stuff gives way to more esoteric topics—‘Usually / every single person / and every single animal has a heart . . . / except for sponges, who don’t have any / and worms / who have five.’  It’s hard to argue with this one.  –Kirkus
